Our attention to detail in design, material, and craftsmanship is unyielding—and so is our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Please review the following before initiating a return:

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Sale items

  • Custom or bespoke items

  • Special orders

  • Discounted or Trade Program orders

  • Down and down-alternative products

All special orders are also non-cancelable.

Return Eligibility
Returns for eligible items are accepted within 20 days of receipt.
To initiate a return, please contact Customer Service at info@stellatribeca.com to request a Return Authorization number (RMA#) and a UPS shipping label.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened and in original packaging

  • In original, unused condition with tags or labels attached

  • Not laundered or washed

Please note:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
