Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Stella Tribeca. The following outlines the terms and conditions of our shipping policy.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page or in the case of special order items. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay, we will reach out via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
All domestic orders ship via UPS Ground for a flat rate of $20. Orders over $300 ship free via UPS Ground.

Domestic shipping is available within the contiguous United States only, and excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Please note: Free shipping does not apply to oversized items such as baskets, large vases, and furniture.

We do our best to ensure shipping charges reflect accurate costs. In some cases, additional shipping charges may apply. If needed, we will contact you with an updated shipping total before processing your order.

Shipping Insurance
Orders are insured through Route for up to $5,000. Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed through Route. If you choose not to select Route package protection at checkout, Stella Tribeca is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Orders over $5,000 are automatically insured for the full order value.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.
